Scope: INTERNAL & FAÇADE LIGHTING ENHANCEMENT

In this particular project, our team was tasked with developing a comprehensive improvement to the interior and exterior lighting. The previous situation had poor lighting quality with low and inconsistent levels, necessitating significant maintenance efforts and energy costs. The challenge was not only limited to this, but also to follow the existing lighting points and plan the refurbishment without disrupting the mall’s operation.

Lighting strategies implemented included, among other things, the use of more efficient light sources, improved optics, and cooler color temperatures. Overall lighting improved significantly in terms of uniformity, illuminance, color rendering, glare control, efficiency, and consumption, not to mention the overall perception of space and consumer experience. Lighting levels increased by 70% on average, while energy costs decreased by 20%.
