The lighting design strategy for the Burjside View tower is based on a three-tiered scheme.

The random arrangement of linear light sources on the street level reflects the dynamism of the neighboring road and inspires a sense of speed and modernity. The central core flows up to the top, complementing the building scale, while the main gesture, the backbone, is revealed through a configuration of horizontal blue lines resembling nerves. The rooftop parabola frames the cascaded cantilevers that support the terraces of high-end luxury apartments. The overall setting is enhanced by the use of the same lighting pattern and color palette.

To maintain the consistency and visual performance of the nighttime scene, care was taken to enhance the main architectural elements while avoiding over-exposure and light-spill. The residential aspect of the tower remains subtle, appealing, and visible.
