The O14 Tower, which stands out in the heart of Business Bay with its captivating new style, stands out at night with two different designed lighting scenarios. When viewed from the adjacent Al-Khail highway, the concrete shell lace-like façade is washed vertically with intense floodlights, highlighting the distinct organic-look texture and making the tower stand out in the Business Bay nightscape. Perceived from the artificial lake’s waterfront, the esthetics of O14’s facade details are magnified by focusing on the perforation edges, which are carefully accentuated to address the building’s mutual impact on the surrounding environment.
