Scope: INTERNAL, FAÇADE & LANDSCAPE LIGHTING DESIGN
The interior lighting is multidimensional and layered. Ambiance, task, and accent lighting strategies work together to create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. A striking contrast between light and shadow adds depth and quality to the spaces, with lighting equipment seamlessly integrated into the architecture and furniture. By emphasizing target elements and avoiding uncontrolled light spill, optical control of the light beams makes this even more appealing.
To accentuate these main design elements, light pockets were introduced to the vertical fins for façade lighting. Softly grazed continuous walls on several floors can be seen from a medium distance. Finally, the top frame was washed to create a visual beacon that can be seen from afar, allowing the tower to function as a landmark in the surrounding area.
