This architecturally stunning clubhouse, located in the heart of Dubai Marina, features exclusive bars, restaurants, lounges, conference rooms, and boutiques.
The outdoor lighting scheme was meticulously planned to enhance the building while minimizing visual impact on the surroundings. Blue light hues connect the setting to the marine theme while also providing functional illumination.
The leaf-shaped roof was gently illuminated from the axis outwards, transforming it into an eye-catching feature visible from the surrounding towers. Warm light pools on the floor highlight the perimeter columns, which, when combined with concealed handrail lighting, create a magical and welcoming atmosphere.
As a result, the atmosphere is refined but relaxed, as one would expect from an upscale private yacht club.
