This iconic tower in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offers luxurious living with a Hollywood flair. It features a specialty restaurant, screening rooms, a wellness center, swimming pools, and a kids club in addition to the residence apartments and suites. The sophisticated yet inviting spaces feature contemporary design cues and a major Hollywood studio’s signature style.
The lighting design scheme that was created is based on contemporary hospitality lighting principles with a theatrical approach. Indirect coves in vibrant colors create a lively setting and complement the organic design on the walls and ceilings. Concentrated beams define visual targets and add three-dimensionality to the rooms, while decorative lighting elements inspired by the stage enhance the cinematic atmosphere.
Finally, in common areas, led screen surfaces and backlit printed ceilings serve as wow factors by providing visual stimulation and an augmented reality feeling.
