This one-of-a-kind residential self-sustaining community has already become a landmark in Riyadh. This 308-meter-high tower, located to the north of Saudi Arabia’s capital, will be outfitted with cutting-edge facilities, fully integrated systems, and 360 degrees of natural light.

When designing the façade lighting for such a prominent building, the goal was to create a single bold visual statement capable of emphasizing the building’s role as an urban milepost. The concept of the tower projecting light to the outside world via its outer shell and roof worked flawlessly.

This scheme was expanded with the use of dynamic colors. The tower’s color changes in long smooth cycles throughout the night, changing its appearance and how people perceive it. The building becomes a surprise element in the city’s skyline, an icon.
